All products purchased outside the United States are subject to the Return Policy of the third-party seller. At this time, we are unable to issue product replacements for customers located outside of the United States.
Once again, if you purchased a resqme, Inc. product from a third-party seller and wish to return or replace your product, then please contact the third-party seller directly.
We at resqme, Inc., take pride in offering a full line high quality product. We warrant that the products manufactured and distributed are free from defects in material and workmanship.
Our product line is warranted to the original purchaser for a minimum period of one (1) year from the original purchase date under normal use and service against defective materials or workmanship unless otherwise stated.
This warranty is void if your product has been damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper application or modification. The warranty shall not apply to any damage caused from shipment by any persons not authorized by us.
No products will be accepted for return without prior approval. Your invoice number and a Return Authorization number (RA#) are required for any returns. Please do not mail any returns prior receiving a valid Return Authorization number from resqme, Inc.
We shall have the right to inspect any products claimed as defective by the buyer. During the warranty period, resqme will replace any defective or malfunctioning products without charge to the purchaser when the unit is returned to resqme with proof of purchase date. Units returned without proof of purchase will be replaced at a cost of no more than the original unit price at the time of return.
