Policy Area Customer-Facing Rule

Order Processing

Orders are generally shipped within two (2) business days after order acceptance, subject to payment confirmation, inventory availability, address validation, carrier availability, fraud review, holidays, and force majeure conditions.

Refund Eligibility Window

Refund requests are generally eligible within two (2) weeks after resqme, Inc. ships the order. Exceptions may be considered only under extenuating circumstances and at resqme, Inc.'s discretion.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the customer receives the item.

Condition Required

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless resqme, Inc. expressly states otherwise in writing. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Retailer / Reseller Purchases

Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, REI, thirdparty marketplaces, retailers, distributors, or resellers must be returned or refunded through the original platform, retailer, reseller, or seller of record.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Shipping & Return Policy governs the shipment, delivery, return, inspection, refund, and customer service handling of products purchased directly from resqme, Inc. through resqme.com or another sales channel operated by resqme, Inc. This Policy is incorporated by reference into resqme, Inc.’s Terms & Conditions and applies to all customers who place an order directly with resqme, Inc.

By placing an order, accepting delivery, initiating a return, or requesting a refund, the customer agrees to comply with this Policy and acknowledges that resqme, Inc. may refuse, limit, or condition any shipment, return, refund, exchange, replacement, or courtesy accommodation where the request does not satisfy the requirements stated below.

2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Standard Order Processing

resqme, Inc. will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship accepted orders within two (2) business days. A “business day” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, carrier holidays, severe-weather delays, warehouse closures, system outages, and other non-operational days.

2.2 Conditions That May Affect Shipment

The two-business-day shipment standard is an operational target, not an unconditional guarantee. Shipment may be delayed, suspended, canceled, or modified due to payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, inventory availability, order-volume spikes, carrier capacity constraints, customs or regulatory issues, force majeure events, or any other circumstance outside resqme, Inc.’s reasonable control.

2.3 Customer Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information at the time of purchase. resqme, Inc. is not responsible for non-delivery, delayed delivery, returned packages, lost packages, carrier re-routing, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, undeliverable, or inaccessible shipping information supplied by the customer.

2.4 Carrier Risk and Delivery Issues

After an order is tendered to a shipping carrier, delivery timing, package handling, tracking updates, and final delivery are subject to carrier operations. Customers should promptly review tracking information and contact the carrier or resqme, Inc. if a delivery issue arises. resqme, Inc. may request documentation before approving any replacement, refund, claim support, or courtesy accommodation relating to a lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered shipment.

3. Refund Eligibility Window

Refund requests are generally eligible only within two (2) weeks after resqme, Inc. has shipped the order. This refund window begins on the date the order is marked shipped by resqme, Inc., its
fulfillment provider, or the applicable shipping carrier.

Under extenuating circumstances, resqme, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, review a refund request submitted after this two-week window. Such review is a courtesy accommodation only and does not create a continuing right, waiver, precedent, or obligation to grant refunds outside the stated refund window. 4. Returns

4.1 Return Window

Customers have thirty (30) calendar days from the date they receive an item to return the item, provided that all return-eligibility requirements in this Policy are satisfied. The return window is measured from the documented delivery date or, if no delivery confirmation is available, another reasonable date determined by resqme, Inc. based on available shipment records.

4.2 Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for return, the item must satisfy all of the following requirements:.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which the customer received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including product inserts, instructions, components, and accessories where applicable.
  • The customer must provide a receipt, order confirmation, packing slip, or other proof of purchase acceptable to resqme, Inc.
  • The return must be shipped back within the applicable return period and in accordance with any return instructions provided by resqme, Inc.
  • The item must not be altered, abused, damaged through misuse, contaminated, modified, used for
    testing outside approved instructions, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale or safe handling.

4.3 Return Authorization

resqme, Inc. may require customers to contact customer support and obtain return instructions before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, incomplete packages, improperly labeled returns, or returns sent to an incorrect address may be delayed, rejected, or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

4.4 Non-Eligible Returns

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by resqme, Inc. in writing, resqme, Inc. may deny returns involving used products, opened or incomplete product kits, damaged packaging, missing components, misuse, improper testing, customer-caused damage, ordinary wear, late returns, products not purchased directly from resqme, Inc., or products for which the customer cannot provide adequate proof of purchase.

5. Inspection and Refund Processing

5.1 Inspection Upon Receipt

Once resqme, Inc. receives a returned item, resqme, Inc. will inspect the item and may confirm receipt to the customer. resqme, Inc. may approve, partially approve, deny, or request additional information concerning a return based on the condition of the item, proof of purchase, shipping records, return timing, completeness of the package, and compliance with this Policy.

5.2 Refund Approval

If a return is approved, resqme, Inc. will initiate a refund to the customer’s original payment method unless another method is required by the payment processor, applicable law, or resqme, Inc.’s internal procedures. Refunds are typically credited within three (3) to five (5) business days after initiation; however, the actual posting date depends on the customer’s card issuer, bank, payment processor, or
financial institution.

5.3 Deductions, Denials, and Partial Refunds

resqme, Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund, issue a partial refund, deduct original shipping charges, deduct restocking or processing costs where permitted, or return the item to the customer if the item is late, used, damaged, incomplete, altered, missing original packaging, missing proof of purchase, or otherwise noncompliant with this Policy. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless resqme, Inc. expressly states otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Items Purchased Through Retailers, Resellers, and Marketplaces

Products purchased through third-party platforms, retailers, marketplaces, distributors, or resellers - including Amazon, Walmart, REI, and any other non-resqme.com sales channel - must be returned, exchanged, or refunded through the original platform, retailer, reseller, marketplace, distributor, or seller of record.

resqme, Inc. does not control third-party return windows, refund procedures, shipping requirements,
marketplace policies, customer-service decisions, promotional pricing, seller-specific terms, or payment processing. Customers should contact the applicable third-party support team directly for orders not purchased directly from resqme, Inc.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless resqme, Inc. expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping costs, expedited shipping fees, handling fees, carrier fees, and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged and shipped with sufficient
protection and tracking.

resqme, Inc. is not responsible for returned items that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged in transit, misdelivered, shipped without tracking, shipped to an incorrect address, or otherwise not received by resqme, Inc. Customers should retain shipment records until the return and refund process is complete.

8. Exchanges, Replacements, and Courtesy Accommodations

resqme, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, offer an exchange, replacement, store credit, refund, partial refund, discount code, or other accommodation. Any such accommodation is voluntary and does not modify this Policy, establish a precedent, or waive resqme, Inc.’s rights with respect to any other customer, order, product, or request.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, instructions, warnings, shipping information, delivery details, and this Policy before completing a purchase. Customers are also responsible for initiating any return or refund request within the applicable timeframe, following return instructions, safely packaging returned items, retaining tracking records, and providing accurate proof of purchase.

10. Policy Changes

resqme, Inc. may update, modify, or replace this Shipping & Return Policy at any time. The version posted or otherwise made available by resqme, Inc. at the time of purchase will generally govern the applicable order, unless a later version is required by law or expressly accepted by the customer.

Continued use of resqme.com or purchase of products after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
