BreathIQ Prevention Program: Alcohol Impairment Countermeasure
Stop them before they get behind the wheel!
Used by US Military since 2003 and endorsed by the Army and Navy, BreathIQ has been part of a government program to prevent alcohol-related fatalities. The goal of this program is to educate and facilitate positive peer and teammate pressure when witnessing another person displaying risky behavior due to alcohol consumption. In this case, there is a social responsibility to protect the impaired person and to prevent them from driving. Impaired driving is preventable. In 2019, NHTSA reported that nationwide about 1/3 of all traffic fatalities involved alcohol use. These accidents involve mainly young people between 15-24 (42% of all alcohol impaired fatal crashes).
With BreathIQ, it is cool to care!
