“I received the parcel yesterday and passed them out to troopers here at the post. I already had a trooper come into my office this morning who said he used the device to break a window at a car crash this morning so EMT’s could put neck collars on victims. He said another policemen was trying to break the window with his baton (which failed) and he broke the window with one push of the resqme.”
