This week marks National Teen Driver Safety Week from October 20-26. According to teendriversource.org, “Motor vehicle crashes are the No.1 cause of death for adolescents.” This year’s theme is “It Takes Two: Shared Expectations for Teens and Parents for Driving,” and focuses on ways that parents and their teens can work together to increase safety

NOYS Teen Distracted Driving Summit 2013 and It Can Wait

Today kicks off the NOYS Teen Distracted Driving Summit in Washington D.C which will go from September 18-21. NOYS are the National Organizations for Youth Safety. NOYS is dedicated to “to promote youth empowerment and leadership and build partnerships that will save lives, prevent injuries, and promote safe and healthy lifestyles among all youth.” One
